The training we deliver is based on assisting clients uphold the rule of law, taking them on a journey from crime scene to courthouse on programs that we have based on best practice found in the United Kingdom’s (UK) policing curriculum. UK policing reforms over the last 40 years have been hugely significant and are defined by the term ‘policing by consent’ - the idea that the police function best when their practices are open and accountable. This value is enshrined in all of our training programs.
We ensure that human rights and respect for Quranic values on the sanctity of life is integral to all of our training programs. We only work with governments and private companies of whom we are satisfied share our core values in this regard.
Our subject matter experts (SME’s) are carefully vetted and academically bright with many qualified to PhD level. However, of equal importance is the fact that all have practical experience of delivering front-line policing and police training across the globe, often in extremely challenging environments such as Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Northern Ireland.
We strongly believe that a one size fits all approach to law enforcement training does not work. That is why we design and deliver bespoke training programs carefully tailored to best suit our client’s needs.
